Shipping to Non-Standard Postcodes
We can get our products to any UK postcode, either by Royal Mail if the order is less than 2kg (or can be broken up into packages of less than 2kg) or by DHL for heavier deliveries. Royal Mail costs are the same for all of the UK but there are some postcodes to which DHL charge more – these are principally the Highlands & offshore islands and some more remote parts of the UK.
If your postcode district is one of those given below you should ask for a quote by telephone or e-mail so that we can be accurate with the weight of the order and avoid any undue expense. If you do this we can also give you a more accurate idea of when the goods could be expected to arrive.
Royal Mail deliveries go First Class, DHL ones go on a next working-day service with the deliveries being made between 9.00am and 5.00pm, usually on the next day. Royal Mail has upwards of a 90% success rate with First Class but more distant postcodes and those on the other side of some water may take an extra day. DHL is also around 90% for a next-day service (not Saturdays) but the non-standard postcodes can take up to 3 days.
