This is just to let you know that we have passed our Flamelight business on to The Glow Company, and they will now be supplying the Firelamps (both the Standard and Red LED versions) and their replacement accessories (bulbs, transformers and flames).

One thing to note — flames for older Firelamp models are no longer available, and the new style flames are not compatible with the older Firelamps. Older flames have the two pieces of yellow fabric attached to a flexible white band, whereas with the new flames the fabric pieces are attached to a rigid black plastic oval band.

Sage Pay, our payment provider, processes your payment using encrypted communications, ensuring a safe, secure transaction. This process also means that LUXA cannot access your credit/debit card details.
Shipping
The charge for shipping will depend on your order value and your postcode district.
The minimum charge is £4.00.
For smaller, lighter orders (under 2kg) we use Royal Mail (first class) to get things around the country. Anything larger we send via DHL on a next-day service — some postcodes are more remote than others and this could be extended by an extra day or two in these instances.
For other postcodes, such as the Highlands and offshore islands, the shipping cost is greater than the standard charges and we’d need to have a chat over the phone or by e-mail to give you an accurate cost. Please click here for a breakdown of non-standard postcodes.
